They can be glazed instead of having aluminium pickets or balusters. The mid and top railings are changed to allow for glazing. As the distance between these rails allows for 8mm toughened glass to be used as an infill balustrade with all rail loads being borne by the top rail and posts. Post centres to a maximum of 1500mm allows for large glass panels to be used, with the largest option (largest post spacing) giving a glass weight of about 21 Kg each.

With a choice of either a 19mm square picket, or a 65×16 rectangular paling.  Other extrusions may also be used as balusters.

They also can be either mono coloured or the various components can be powder coated in complementary colours to suit your decor or style.  As all components screw together, this allows for pre-painting sections before fabrication.
